Terms & Conditions
- Profile Requirements
To participate, Flowercraft must have a current phone number, email address, and zip code on file. Only valid Green Thumb profiles are eligible to earn and redeem points. - Earning Points
- Members earn 1 Green Thumb Point per $1 spent on eligible product purchases.
- Points are awarded only to the individual profile making the purchase and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with other accounts.
- Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards are earned only at full point milestones (e.g., 350, 700, 1050 points).
- Every 350 Points = $10 in-store credit, which may be used toward a future purchase of products.
- Reward credits may not be used to purchase gift cards or services.
- Rewards must be redeemed in-store only.
- Expiration & Inactivity
- Accounts with 24 months of inactivity will have their point balance automatically reset to zero.
- Other Conditions
- Flowercraft reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
